How to participate:
Register as an FWD MAX member and go to http://fwdmax-campaign.com/kkboxmusicawardhk/en/ to fill in the details to enter the lucky draw. FWD will pick 70 winners and the first 20 winners each will get two tickets to "KKBOX Hong Kong Music Awards" (each ticket worth HK$580) and KKBOX 90-day premium membership. The 21st to 70th winners will get two tickets to "KKBOX Hong Kong Music Awards" (each ticket worth HK$280) and KKBOX 90-day premium membership. Winners will be notified of the result via email on or before 4 March 2019.

Terms and conditions

  1. "KKBOX Hong Kong Music Awards Ticket Packages Lucky Draw" ("the Campaign") is organised by FWD Life Insurance Company (Bermuda) Limited ("FWD"). The Campaign is subject to these terms and conditions. By registering for the Campaign, the participants confirm they have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions ("the Terms") .
  2. The Campaign starts at 12:00 on 28 January 2019 and ends at 23:59 on 28 February 2019. The records in FWD's computer system are final and the participants shall have no right to raise any objection. To stand a chance to win the prize, the participants shall complete the registration before the end time of the Campaign.
  3. Participants are required to register as FWD MAX member ("member") and must be 18 years of age or above and holders of a valid Hong Kong or Macau ID Card. If the employee or agent of FWD is also a member, he/she is eligible to participate in this Campaign.
  4. Members are required to fill in the details on this page to enter the lucky draw. FWD will pick 70 winners and the first 20 winners each will get two tickets to "KKBOX Hong Kong Music Awards" (each ticket worth HK$580) and KKBOX 90-day premium membership. The 21st to 70th winners will get two tickets to "KKBOX Hong Kong Music Awards" (each ticket worth HK$280) and KKBOX 90-day premium membership.
  5. Each participant can participate once in this Campaign and can win one prize only. If the name or member ID provided is repeated or invalid, participants will not be eligible for participating in this Campaign. The submission time is based on FWD's server, and subject to FWD's final decision.
  6. Winners will be drawn randomly by the computer system on 1 March 2019. A list of winners will be posted on FWD Corporate Website, Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 4 March 2019. The winners must still be FWD MAX member on the date of the draw. Otherwise, the winner will be disqualified. Winners will be notified of the result via member's communication email registered in FWD MAX on 4 March 2019.
  7. Participants agree that the information provided is only for lucky draw, result announcement, event communication and winner identity verification purpose. To facilitate this purpose, the Campaign may transfer, disclose, grant access to or share your personal data with data processors and service providers within or outside Hong Kong. All personal data will be destroyed 3 months after the Campaign has completed. Participant has the right to request access to and, following such access, to request correction (if appropriate) held by FWD. Any such request for access and correction should be in writing by email to fwdmax.hk@fwd.com. Winners who fail to provide correct, clear and complete personal information for contact and identity verification on or before 6 March 2019 will lose the eligibility to redeem the Prize.
  8. The Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded or redeemed for cash under all circumstances.
  9. If the participants or winners violate any rules or commit any illegal acts that result in any losses on the part of FWD or any third parties, the relevant participants or winners will be liable for all liabilities.
  10. FWD accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, wrong or unidentifiable registration due to malfunction of any computer, smartphone or internet network and the participants will be regarded as failing to complete under these situations.
  11. FWD reserves the right to disqualify any participants without prior notice if the participants are found to use plugins, improper practice or empty or fake accounts to participate in the Campaign.
  12. All intellectual property rights in relation to all items of this Campaign (including, but not limited to copyright, trademark, design and model rights) and other rights (including but not limited to banners, advertising property and concepts rights) shall belong to FWD and FWD partners KKBOX Hong Kong Limited ("KKBOX HK"). FWD might take photos and videos of the winners watching the concert and might show and display on FWD official website, FWD MAX website and FWD Hong Kong Facebook Fanpage. FWD and KKBOX HK jointly own the copyright of all photos and videos in relation to this Campaign for future uses and references.
  13. FWD is not the supplier of the Prize and accepts no risk and liability in relation thereto. The winners will be personally responsible for any additional costs incurred due to change of program arrangement. The winners shall resolve any disputes regarding the Prize with the supplier directly.
  14. FWD reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. In case of any disputes, FWD's final decisions are final.
